2 portal types are supported: On-Call Portals and Off-Call Portals

Real-Time Alerts, Performance Exceptions and other pertinent statistics are generated, presented and otherwise choreographed with other call center processes. Features supported include:

Off-Call Portals are interfaces that an employee will utilize while “off line”. These portals allow the employee to peruse information that, while pertinent, is not real-time impacting.
